BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS

All reservations should be made in writing and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

PAYMENT TERMS

50% deposit required at time of booking confirmation. Balance is due 30 days before safari departure date.

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation penalties may apply as follows:

60 - 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total cost
29 - 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost
14 - 0 days prior to departure: 100% of total cost

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of belongings.

LIABILITY

Serengeti Wonders Safari acts only as an agent for the suppliers providing accommodations, transportation, and other services.

GOVERNING LAW

The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
